St Paul’s Cathedral Wedding
As a Londoner and a Wedding Photographer there are certain places that you really want on your portfolio. St Paul’s Cathedral is certainly one of them. I’ve been lucky enough to photograph quite a few weddings at St Paul’s and Nicola and Neil’s wedding was my most recent commission.
Underneath the main Cathedral that is famous for Royal weddings is the OBE Chapel. Those who hold one of the five chivalric titles which fall within the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire are allowed to get married their, or children of holders.
As those who live in the UK will know the summer of 2016 has been temperamental to say the least so when Nicola and Neil’s wedding day happen to fall on one of the hottest days of the year it was quite some relief. They had chosen Great Fosters in Egham Surrey for their wedding reception, which not exactly close to St Paul’s meant an hour drive out of London. It was quite worth it though as Great Fosters is a seriously stunning venue. The wedding breakfast was held in the Tithe Barn which dates back originally to 1390.
It was a real joy to photograph Nicola and Neil’s wedding, I am so grateful for them putting their trust in me to photograph their big day.
Here’s a few photos from the day:
