I hope that my passion for what I do comes across in my images. I love being there for what is the most important day of a couple’s life. I love photographing intimate moments such as when the bride’s father sees her for the first time in her wedding dress – his pride in his daughter is there for all to see.
I am not just an outsider, photographing people I do not know, I have taken the time to get to know the couple, to be their honorary friend and I admit that I also get emotional when seeing this excited and loving couple make their vows, when I listen to the speeches of the Best Man and father of the bride and discovering more about the bride and groom and of course, I love watching them dance for the very first time as husband and wife. These magical moments can never be repeated and I feel so very humbled that the couple have chosen me to record these moments for them.
